Development of a GC autosamplers family products. Six main models and about twenty different configurations.
Improvement of the GC autosamplers products manufacturing operations using Lean Production principles.
Development of a prototype of lab-on-a-chip analyzer in collaboration with the POLIMI - University of Milan.
Development of the internal product life cycle software used by all the company.
Improvement of the software and firmware development process using software development best practice.
Improvement of the development process using Agile principles.
Set up of the company medical device quality management system ISO 13485 compliant.
Conformity of the company IVD product to the 2017/746 Regulation about IVD medical devices.
Set up of the company internal systems to verify compliance to RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals directives.

Set up of the barcode system to reduce picking errors during operations.
